Cue the Confetti marks a milestone occasion for The Arbor School, a Houston non-profit dedicated to enabling children with special needs to reach their fullest potential by educating, empowering and building hope for its students and their families. To commemorate this special birthday, and the lives changed over the last 35 years, we are celebrating in a big way, and we would love your participation and support!

With a student-to-teacher ratio that never exceeds 2:1, The Arbor is able to accept children regardless of their diagnosis and provides a 100% individualized educational and therapeutic program that tailors to each child’s greatest need. The Arbor holds strong to the belief that every child has an enormous capacity to develop and learn to the best of his or her abilities. In a world full of limitations, we strive to create a space where all children can thrive and reach their greatest level of personal success. As a result of this commitment, The Arbor is proud to be the educational home to children with a wide range of cognitive and physical delays.

Funds raised from this evening will provide critical scholarship support for families who need The Arbor’s services. Our aim is to raise over $350,000 in scholarship support for our students, endowing our scholarship fund and enabling us to expand our services to families who cannot consider The Arbor due to financial burdens and demands. We often state that disabilities don’t discriminate, and neither do we when we speak about the variety of students we serve, but there are many who seek our program but can never consider it for lack of resources. This event seeks to change that and make the magic of The Arbor available to every family, regardless of their income.
