The Arbor fills a unique niche for families with children with special needs. Out of the 22 special needs schools in Houston, we remain one of the only ones that will accept students regardless of their diagnosis or perceived limitations. Having no niche is our niche! As a result, most of our students have very little in the way of alternative options for their developmental and educational needs, and The Arbor is proud to offer them and their families a place to learn and grow. The Arbor accepts students as young as 6 weeks old and continues the program through age 18.
ENROLLMENT PROCESS
We know that you have enough forms already, so we keep it simple! The Arbor does not require a formal evaluation prior to admission. After receiving your enrollment contract, The Arbor requires a $750 non-refundable enrollment fee plus the first month’s tuition due as a deposit. If necessary to determine appropriate placement, we will observe your student in their current educational environment at no additional charge.
In the event that the classroom most appropriate for your student is full, you will be placed into a waiting pool, and we will contact you as soon as there is availability.
